to a job interview. At CCI Training Center, we excel
at producing highly competent, trained candidates for
employment in the ever-changing medical market. Not
only will you be skilled, you will be confident in your
own abilities and recognized as a trained professional
in the health care field.
Although students enroll in CCI Training Center for
career training, their ultimate aim is to secure a job
position in the health care industry. CCI medical programs
are designed in such a way as to train the individuals
in various areas within an organization. This allows
our students to say yes to the health care job of their
choice whether it be insurance billing, medical records
handling, medical secretary or patient record coding,
to name a few.
Award Winning Job Placement Assistance Office
:
CCI Training Center has won top awards from the Texas
Workforce Commission for the numbers of graduates placed.
Be assured that you are working with knowledgeable placement
industry professionals who assist you with your employment
search. Students meet with CCI Training Counselors and
Placement Counselors frequently while in school. These
counselors are aware of the employment market and assist
the students in preparing for employment. Job placement
assistance is a lifelong service offered by CCI Training
Center. Upon graduation, you may use this service as
often as desired.

Available Services:
Some of the Job Placement Assistance services provided
by the professional placement staff at CCI Training
Center include:
Placement Office
A full-time professionally staffed placement office
is available for students. Counselors are available
for walk-in and by-appointment scheduling.
Placement Evaluation
Pre-enrollment and post-graduation skills assessment
and consultation are available.
Student Support Website
CCI offers a graduate-only website with job listings,
employment information links, and career opportunity
information.
Job Fairs
Counselors advise graduates of job fairs, assist in
preparation, and assist in company introductions at
job fairs.
Internships
CCI may have opportunities for students to work and
learn at the school while involved in various projects.
The placement office can arrange various experience
building opportunities in the industry upon request.
Externships
An externship will be required with the Medical Coding
and Billing Program. Other externships may be arranged
through the Job Placement Assistance office.
Networking Opportunities
The Job Placement Assistance office will announce various
networking opportunities where students may be introduced
to employers or other opportunities.
Resume Assistance
Students and graduates may take advantage of skilled
resume preparation services, computers, word processing,
and professional resume evaluation.
Interviewing Assistance
Counselors offer guidance and preparation assistance
that increases interviewing confidence and skills
Lifetime Placement Assistance
Graduated receive life-long placement assistance upon
successful completion of any program.
Career Assessment
Pre-enrollment and post-graduation career assessment
and guidelines are provided by placement advisors, school
instructors and program managers.
Post-Employment Job Skills Support
Graduates are continuously supported with technical
consultation and on-the-job problem solving consultation
by CCI Training Center instructors, counselors and management
personnel. Graduates may always use the resources and
knowledge of CCI Training Center while on the job.
